BIOGRAPHY

Charles Batchelor has spent 28 years working as an attorney with experience in general, corporate and business transactional matters, complex mergers & acquisitions, real estate matters, commercial real property transactions, including asset purchase and divestiture, investment partnership, lease negotiation and drafting, construction matters, O&G transactional commercial and residential development, landlord and tenant representation, project management, construction management, property management, and general counsel services.

Charles offices in our Woodlands, Texas location. When he is not serving as legal counsel, Mr. Batchelor enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. His interests include reading, traveling, participating in mission trips, taking part in real estate development, and landscaping and gardening.
