Vanguard Legal is a corporate transactions law firm established in 2014 as an alternative to national and regional law firms.

Most of our clients are sophisticated small to midsize enterprises (SMEs), emerging companies, small multinational corporations, private investors, and lower middle market companies. These companies face similar complexities to much larger organizations but are underserved in the legal market. We exist to fill the gap between the large national, international, and regional law firms on one end of the spectrum, and the typical “small business” law firm on the other end of the spectrum.
